  • More than 40 years of experience in engineering project management and consulting experience of public and private construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of public safety concerns, workforce management, and public utility systems, in addition to design engineering methods and construction techniques.
  • Responsible for leading strategic planning and project management, and deploys and directs resources required in management, engineering, construction, and maintenance.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states and member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, IEEE Engineering Management Society and Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
