Every deliverable produced by K&A’s international teams in Nepal and India goes through the same internal review process as work produced in the US - reviewed by US-based subject matter experts before it reaches the client. K&A’s international engineers are trained to the same standards, use the same tools, and work within the same project management frameworks as the US team. Our international delivery model is selective. Some clients have confidentiality or contractual requirements that limit offshore involvement - K&A respects those boundaries and will confirm suitability at the project scoping stage. The client’s point of contact remains their US-based K&A project lead throughout.
K&A’s Nepal office operates approximately 9-10 hours ahead of the US East Coast. Engineering work assigned at the end of a US business day can be completed and ready for review by the start of the next US morning - effectively extending the productive working day for time-sensitive utility projects.
