K&A's President and CEO Purna Kharel was a guest on the New York Power Authority (NYPA) Canal Prime Time Chat on Thursday, June 17, 2021. Hosted by Eric Alemany, NYPA's Director Supplier Relationship Management, the virtual event supported the NYPA's pillar of diversity, equity and inclusion of qualified suppliers. The content of the presentation focused on suppliers providing innovative solutions and the importance of developing partnerships, pursuing opportunities and designing strategy. Kharel spoke about K&A's employee-centric values and the result that happy employees lead to happy clients. He also touched on K&A's tenant of servant leadership and its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives through K&A Cares.
